Quality Assurance Manager

Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to be embedded within a complex transformation program, and to own end-to-end testing assurance across both Technical and Business work streams. The successful candidate must have substantial hands-on experience in testing and implementation assurance for sizeable programs, beyond standard Test Management or short-term project delivery.

What are the top 3 skills required for this role?

• E2E ownership of testing assurance (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Traceability Matrices, Stage Gate Assurance Framework)
• Test Execution Management (risk identification and mitigation, issues and defects resolution)
• Communication and Governance (experience working directly with C-level IT and business executives, use of soft influence)

Additional Information:

• Program includes testing for multiple streams including Oracle ERP, Data & reports, automation.
• Onsite Offshore testing delivery model
• Prior experience working closely with and reporting directly to C level executive management required
