• Plan and operate IT services to ensure stable onsite end-user support and continuously improve related processes
• Operate and maintain IT infrastructure and endpoint devices across sites
• Execute onsite IT services and support site deployment for business initiatives and IT projects
• Provide technical support for automation endpoint devices and site-level IT services
• Procure, install, and manage IT endpoint devices and consumables
• Manage IT assets, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy on a regular basis
• Identify, report, and resolve IT issues using standardized troubleshooting tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by demonstrating strong stakeholder and business relationship management
• Monitor KPIs continuously and manage operational tasks to ensure efficient IT service delivery
• Drive technical innovation and transformation initiatives to enhance performance and productivity
• Monitor and troubleshoot server and network (LAN/WLAN/WAN) activities and coordinate with vendor support teams to resolve issues
• Partner with internal and external IT teams to implement change requests and execute IT projects
• Support business-critical operations with flexible onsite presence and responsiveness
• Manage vendors effectively to ensure service quality and operational excellence

• 12+ years of experience in IT site operations, end user services, fulfillment IT operations, or related fields
• Experience configuring and operating IT devices and managing assets including PCs, PDAs, printers, VC systems, and network equipment
• Hands-on experience with endpoint devices such as PDAs, laptops, desktops, scanners, and printers across Windows, ChromeOS, Linux, and Android
• Experience with End User Computing and security tools such as Manage Engine, Jamf, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, Intune, MDM tools, and Active Directory
• Knowledge and hands-on experience supporting networks, servers, storage, and IT infrastructure components
• Project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of network administration and architecture
• Understanding of access control models and network security principles
• Experience using network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
• Microsoft or Cisco certification with hands-on experience in problem management or center of excellence environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel onsite

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification for project management
• Six Sigma Belt or Lean certification for process improvement
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Experience with ITIL-based IT service operations or infrastructure workplace projects
• Experience managing PMP-based projects
• Experience supporting fulfillment centers, delivery operations, or customer service environments
