Jon Description
- Develop sprint plan & manage
- Establish and enforce governance for communications, status reporting, decision making, escalations, time reporting, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc.
- Track and report team progress against timelines and sprint plans
- Remove blockers that interrupt team flow and progress. Escalate blockers when assistance is needed from outside of the team.
- Maintain and manage RAIDD log of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions
- Lead regular risk identification and mitigation workshops over the course of the project
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status
- Communicate impactful issues and risks for awareness. Escalate issues and risks when assistance from outside the team is needed.
