Senior Functional Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst
- Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion O2C solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Order-to-Cash domain, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integration partners to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned Oracle Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep Oracle Fusion functional expertise, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record leading full-cycle Oracle implementations within manufacturing environments.
Oracle Fusion O2C Solution Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion O2C implementations, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Fit-gap analysis
- Solution design
- Configuration
- Testing and validation
- Cutover planning
- Deployment and post-go-live support
- Design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with Ventura Foods' business processes and strategic objectives.
- Drive delivery of system enhancements, custom extensions, and integrations within the O2C track.
- Establish solution standards and ensure consistent implementation across teams and implementation partners.
Business Process Design & Optimization:
- Define, document, and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Analyze current and future-state workflows and recommend process improvements leveraging standard Oracle functionality whenever possible.
- Design and manage cross-functional integrations involving:
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- External applications and third-party platforms
- Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Oracle O2C Functional Configuration:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules including:
- Order Management
- Advanced Pricing
- Inventory Management
- Shipping & Logistics
- Bills of Material (BoM)
- Supply Chain Processes
- Accounts Receivable
- Customer Data Hub (TCA)
- General Ledger Integrations
- Manage configurations related to:
- Order Types
- Pricing Rules
- Qualifiers and Modifiers
- Customer Hierarchies
- Legal Entities
- Business Units
- Auto Invoice
- Auto Accounting
- Lockbox Processing
- Cash Management
- Bank Setup and Reconciliation Rules
- EDI Integrations
- Inventory and Material Management
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership:
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and maintain ongoing engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate:

- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams during:
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Monitor platform performance, stability, and operational health.
- Resolve incidents and production issues in a timely manner.
- Manage platform upgrades, quarterly Oracle releases, and patch implementations.

Reporting, Data & Integration Management:

- Support Order Import Interfaces, Data Loaders, EDI, and RPA-related initiatives.
Oracle O2C Functional Expertise:
- Deep functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash processes and configurations.
