Description

At Roebbelen Contracting, technology plays a critical role in how we operate, collaborate, and deliver successful projects. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on systems integrations and automation to help connect the business applications that power our operations.

This role is approximately 80% systems integration and automation and 20% application development
. While there will be opportunities to build custom applications and business solutions, the primary focus is designing, building, and supporting integrations that improve data flow, automate business processes, and increase operational efficiency across the organization.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Business Analyst to design, implement, and support scalable solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure reliable data flow across the company.

Key systems include Acumatica ERP, UKG, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Deltek VantagePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.

Partner with a Senior Business Analyst to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Build, maintain, and support integrations between Acumatica ERP and enterprise business applications

Develop and manage integrations with UKG, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Deltek VantagePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business‑critical systems

Design, develop, and maintain data flows to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Utilize APIs, web services, middleware, and integration platforms to facilitate communication between applications

Configure and maintain import scenarios, business events, push notifications, and web service endpoints within Acumatica

Support integration architecture and continuously improve existing workflows and automation processes

Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes

Develop custom business solutions that improve operational efficiency

Build and maintain Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows

Automate business processes using Power Shell and other scripting languages

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement

Assist with application enhancements and system upgrades

Monitor integrations, workflows, and custom applications for reliability and performance

Maintain and improve existing business processes and system workflows

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

Reduce manual processes through automation and technology solutions

Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate new technologies and solutions

2‑5 years of experience building or supporting system integrations, automation solutions, enterprise applications, or business systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience working with APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations

Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar technologies

Strong understanding of data flow architecture and system‑to‑system integrations

Experience working with ERP systems such as Acumatica, Deltek, Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases

Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with Acumatica ERP

Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore

Experience building and troubleshooting integrations using Celigo

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra , and Microsoft Graph
