Automation QA Lead With Life Science Domain Experience

We are currently hiring an Automation QA Lead for one of our clients based out of San Francisco, CA.

Core Responsibilities
- Multi-Team Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact for QA across 3-4 agile scrum teams, ensuring consistent testing practices, managing dependencies, and preventing siloed efforts. - Test Strategy & Master Planning:
Design and execute the end-to-end test strategy, encompassing integration, system, regression, and data migration. - Defect & QA Team Management:
Establish clear triage workflows, work closely with development leads, and eventually help guide the upcoming team of individual testers.
Required Expertise
- Salesforce Life Sciences / Health Cloud:
Proven experience testing industry-specific data models, specialized workflows, and mobile/offline capabilities. - Integration Testing:
Experience validating data flows between Salesforce and external middleware, or legacy CRMs. - Automation Focus:
Ability to evaluate and implement Salesforce-specific test automation tools to minimize manual regression efforts over time
Pay range and compensation package
Payrate is open for right candidates based on their experience
