  • Database Integrity & Maintenance:
Perform regular audits and status reporting to ensure database updates are accurate and consistent with business rules.
  • Issue Resolution:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and quality issues using error detection and process improvement strategies.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

Serve as a technical point of contact for data-related inquiries, working closely with Technology Operations and Supply Chain leadership to maintain project timelines.
  • Compliance & Standards:
Enforce master data management policies and standards to ensure long-term data health following migration.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within an ERP environment (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Infor, People Soft, Allscripts), preferably supporting a system migration or implementation.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to design and improve business processes for managing data throughout its lifecycle.
  • Highly self-motivated and intellectually curious, with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
