8+ of experience with Mule Soft Admin and support in a medium-large environment.
Proficiency in customer communication and coordination.
Runtime Fabric in Mule Soft architecture.
Exposure to the Insurance domain.
Java experience.
Good in different web service open standards including WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing and other WS
- * stack.
Basic understanding of XML data formats, structures, and schemas.
Exposure to Agile methodology and Service Now.
Responsibilities:
Mule ESB Middleware administration experience is a must-need skill set.
Setup and support highly available middleware infrastructure (SaaS/PaaS).
Configuring Smart Monitoring/Custom Application Alerts/Flow Metrics.
Integration with Git Hub/Jenkins/Artifcatory/Azure Dev Ops experience.
Deployment strategies, Mule Clustering, Load Balancing, MUnit & Mule Soft MMC.
Experience troubleshooting/Managing Runtime Servers.
Experience working with Mule Connectors (Standard/Custom).
Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of ESB/middleware components.
Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging, etc.
Provide applications and projects with technical support for Mule ESB.
Provides guidance and technical expertise for research efforts involving Mule ESB.
Strong in Linux is a must. (Redhat Linux server management).
Solid experience with shell scripting and automated deployment.
Experience working directly with technical and business teams.
Knowledge of SDLC, IT governance and operations Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and application dependencies. Time management and prioritization.
Support 24/7 production issues experience and offshore/onsite coordination.
