AuxoAI is looking for a Net Suite Techno-Functional Consultant
to support enterprise

NetSuite transformation, optimization, and implementation initiatives across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, finance operations, integrations, reporting, and automation
.

The ideal candidate can bridge business process, Net Suite configuration, custom records, Suite Flow, Suite Script/integration design, finance operations, reporting, and controls
. This role also requires strong AI literacy and comfort using AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements, documentation, testing, data mapping, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current-state Net Suite processes and design scalable future-state solutions.
• Translate business needs into Net Suite functional and technical requirements.
• Configure Net Suite customers, items, pricing, billing, invoicing, payments, AR, reporting, and workflows.
• Design custom fields, custom records, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and Suite Flow automations.
• Support Suite Script, RESTlet, Suite Talk, API, and middleware integration requirements.
• Define reconciliation, reporting, auditability, and finance-control requirements.
• Support Advanced Revenue Management, Suite Billing, subscriptions, and deferred revenue where applicable.
• Use AI-enabled delivery methods to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation.

• 5+ years of Net Suite implementation, enhancement, administration, or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite Q2C/O2C, billing, invoicing, payments, AR, revenue, and finance processes.
• Experience with custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to work with business, finance, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, solution design, testing, and UAT support experience.
• Strong AI literacy and familiarity with AI-enabled delivery, process analysis, test automation, or agentic workflow tools.
