Role Description

The Dental IT professional will support and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers Clove Dental’s clinical and administrative operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing office networks, ensuring secure and reliable internet connectivity, and supporting dental practice management systems, imaging tools, and other clinical applications. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing on-site technical support to team members, and coordinating with vendors for system updates or repairs.

This position also includes monitoring network security, implementing data backup procedures, and helping staff use technology effectively to deliver high-quality patient care. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calabasas, CA.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to support hardware, software, and clinical systems in a dental office environment.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to maintain stable, secure, and compliant office networks.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to assist dental staff with technical issues and communicate solutions clearly and respectfully.
  • Experience with healthcare or dental practice management software, imaging systems, and HIPAA-compliant data handling is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) and prior experience in an IT support or help desk role are preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, and document technical procedures clearly.
