Clinical Application Support Engineer
Skills:
Healthcare domain, MS SQL, SSIS, .NET, ETL (C#, IBM Data Stage – plus)
Role:
- Support clinical, PHM, and MCO applications
- Handle production support, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Monitor integrations and fix data/interface issues
- Support ETL pipelines, data quality, and root cause analysis
- Manage incidents, RCA, and system stability
- Collaborate with tech teams and communicate with users
Expectations:
Flexible schedule, on-call (nights/weekends), quick response to production issues
