Job Description Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, jewelry, art, boats, and flood policies.

• Salary:
  Competitive, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits:

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the Personal Lines Manager and team to ensure seamless account management.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting. Experience with Farmers Insurance is a plus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
