Electrical Engineer "Mandarin Speaking

• Learn and stay current with energy infrastructure products.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external customers.
• Support customer service with technical inquiries and RMA processing.
• Track and resolve customer support cases.
• Escalate critical issues to engineering and management teams.
• Participate in team and customer meetings (remote and in-person).
• Conduct product inspections and preliminary failure analysis.
• Create technical documentation and service reports.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Travel for on-site customer support as needed.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on new tasks.

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Must have electrical engineering degree
• Must be able to work all holidays and open on weekends
• Must be able to speak Mandarin/Chinese
