Ready to use your acting and language skills? We are looking for highly skilled and physically fit individuals to help run realistic military and security training scenarios.

• Act as a Role Player:
  Deliver convincing, scenario-based performances exactly as directed by our team leaders (LRSO, SM, or ASM).
• Use Your Language
  
  Skills:
  
  You will be crucial in helping trainees meet specific language-speaking objectives.
• Perform as an Interpreter/Translator:
  Execute role‑playing tasks that require translating or interpreting.
• Handle Scenarios:
  You may be asked to play a role that involves being armed or unarmed.

• Language Fluency is a MUST: You must be highly proficient in at least one of the following languages:
• Pashto
• Korean
• Chinese
• Russian
• French
• Ability to Follow Directions: Must be able to take and execute specific instructions quickly and accurately from the Scenario Managers (SMs and ASMs).
• Weapons Knowledge: Basic understanding and skill with small arms handling and safety for simulated firing.
• Physical Fitness: You must be in good physical condition and able to:
• Climb ten (10) flights of stairs.
• Run.
• Repeatedly lay down and take cover when required.
