American Sign Language Interpreter - Mariposa, CA

Location: Mariposa

Overview:

Language Services Associates is looking for American Sign Language interpreters in the Mariposa, CA area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!

Responsibilities:

* Provide superior customer service

* Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality

* Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices

* Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients

* Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner

* Access to personal or public transport

Qualifications/

Experience:

* Associate or bachelor's degree

* RID certification

* State interpreting licensure (as applicable)

* Fluency in English and American Sign Language
