Requirements / Qualifications* High School diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of translation/interpretation
* Valid California driver's license required
* Interpreting/Translating Certification preferred
* Strong command of oral and written language usage in both English and Spanish including, but not limited to, correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
* Effective oral communication in both English and Spanish.
* Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
* Ability to manage time effectively to meet professional obligations and deadlines.
* Ability to process high-volume of translating work with accuracy.
* Ability to meet schedules and timelines.
* Knowledge of computer software and web-based software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive).
* Read, write, listen, and speak both English and Spanish.
* Meet scheduled timelines.
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, staff, and public communities.
