Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Litigation Assistant located in Alamo, CA. The Litigation Assistant will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, addressing calendaring needs, and aiding in trial preparation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include communication with clients and external counsel, organizing documentation, filing court documents, and performing other administrative and legal support tasks.
Qualifications- Proficiency in law and legal assistance to support litigation processes effectively
- Experience with legal document preparation and calendaring tasks
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate’s degree or paralegal certification; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience in litigation or a legal support role is an advantage
