Salary: $120,000 - $170,000/year
Our client, a well-established San Fernando Valley law firm with over 50 years of practice, is seeking a second or third-year associate to join their Corporate Practice Group and Taxation & Estate Planning Practice Group .
What You'll Do:
- Draft a broad range of documents in corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and general business transactions.
- Assist with trust and estate administration.
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and property tax matters.
- Take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation (preferably not part of a joint JD/LLM program).
- Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing skills.
- Experience in trust administration, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and general business transactions.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage a challenging workload.
- Active membership in good standing with the CA State Bar .
