Spanish Speaking Immigration Paralegal

Bilingual English/Spanish Immigration Paralegal – Full-Time | Edina, MN

We are a growing three-attorney immigration and criminal defense firm in Edina, Minnesota, looking for a full-time bilingual paralegal to join our team.

You’ll work primarily alongside our two immigration attorneys on meaningful, complex cases — helping clients navigate some of the most important moments of their lives. You will also occasionally assist the criminal defense partner with administrative tasks and filings.

You’ll support our immigration practice across a range of case types, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, U visas, cancellation of removal, I-130 petitions, and consular processing. You’ll also occasionally assist our criminal defense attorney.

Required:

• Oral and written Spanish and English fluency
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Prior experience in a law firm (any practice area welcome)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred:

• 1+ year of immigration law experience, particularly in removal defense and family-based immigration, including asylum, U/T visas, I-130s, adjustment of status, and citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
