Parts Administrator - Fontana, CA

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hr (based on experience) | Weekly pay (every Friday) |

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Full benefits within 30 days.

• Customer interaction.
• Receiving and storing parts and inventories.
• Performing yard checks, operating a forklift, shuttling vehicles.
• Managing run orders (ROs) and purchase orders (POs).
• Ordering any parts needed for the shop, stock or specific units.
• Tracking orders for hot items to ensure whereabouts of parts.
• Receiving invoices of received parts.
• Ensuring parts for specific units have correct part numbers and billing information.
• Storing all parts and shop supplies in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensuring all parts have correct billable label or bin correspondence.
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse.
• Checking the PO portal, ensuring all invoices received and disputing invoiced items not physically received.
• Performing parts runs if permitted.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a parts administrator.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform yard checks, shuttling vehicles, and receiving/storing parts and inventories.

This role involves working outdoors, in a mobile or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. It requires frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, accessing tight or confined spaces, and working at heights using ladders or elevated platforms. Ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
