Supply Chain Clerk at Copper Mountain Mine; Princeton

Become a vital part of the Copper Mountain Mine team in Princeton, British Columbia, as a Supply Chain Clerk. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on timely materials supply for production. Reporting to the Materials Management Superintendent, the Supply Chain Clerk enhances operations by assisting with administration, creating requisitions, and managing vendor requests.

Proficient use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office is necessary, along with 1-2 years in Supply Chain management preferred. Solid communication and multitasking skills are essential to successfully coordinate supply needs.

• Assist with all administration functions in Supply Chain
• Create and manage service entry sheets and requisitions
• Maintain vendor add requests and master records
• Prepare and reconcile contractor hours and purchasing reports
• Support contracts with RFPs and documentation

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain management
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA considered an asset
• Valid British Columbia driver's license and personal transport
