We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end supply chain operations across a fast-growing manufacturing environment supporting large-scale infrastructure and data center projects. This role plays a critical part in production planning, logistics coordination, inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, and operational execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and can operate independently while partnering cross-functionally with operations, production, procurement, and supply chain teams.

What

You Will Do
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow including receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, and logistics execution.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, and material availability to support operational timelines.
  • Process purchasing and inventory transactions accurately within ERP systems and maintain data integrity.
  • Track jobs, close transactions, and support forecasting, planning, and billing readiness.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, labels, and transportation records.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers.
  • Support inventory management through cycle counts, reconciliation, material staging, and warehouse organization.
  • Assist with ERP implementation activities and help establish scalable supply chain workflows and operational processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to maintain schedule adherence and delivery performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow, efficiency, quality, and safety.
What You Will Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or distribution environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems including inventory transactions, planning, and operational reporting.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain execution, production control, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a high‑growth, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business systems.
  • Experience with domestic/international shipping and inventory control processes preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup‑style environment and helping build processes from the ground up.
  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually,
  • Performance Bonus Eligibility 10%
