A growing company in Del Mar is seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager to support projects from initial planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who has developed project coordination or project management experience and is ready to take greater ownership of timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate project updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items
- Schedule meetings and prepare project documentation and status reports
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, change orders, and related files
- Identify potential delays or challenges and elevate concerns promptly
- Assist with resource planning, purchasing, and vendor coordination
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
- Support multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1-6 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
