Manager, Sourcing Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, category strategies, supplier performance, and contract negotiations for a large-scale power generation organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management across multiple spend categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, TCO, supplier optimization, and operational reliability.
• Lead complex RFPs, negotiations, spend analysis, benchmarking, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, SLAs, and supply chain risk.
• Partner with business leaders and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
• Oversee contract governance and approve $500K-$10M contracts/POs.
• Lead and develop a team of Category Leaders.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of sourcing, procurement, or related experience.
• Strong strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and spend management experience.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong supplier relationship and contract management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Utility/Energy industry experience
• SAP/SRM
• CPSM, Six Sigma, or similar certification
• MBA or advanced degree
• Project management experience
