ResponsibilitiesTeam Overview Tik Tok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by Tik Tok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.
About the Role The Procurement Project Manager will support the FBT Operations team in driving warehouse infrastructure procurement projects across Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Hubs. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement requests, partnering with sourcing teams, defining equipment standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time to support network expansion and daily operations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse operations experience, understands warehouse equipment and infrastructure, and is comfortable leading cross-functional projects across Operations, Procurement team, Planning team.
- Manage end-to-end procurement requests for Fulfillment Centers and Hubs, including warehouse equipment, operational tools, and warehouse rental.
- Partner with Procurement teams to drive vendor selection, quotation, bidding, and purchasing processes.
- Define and standardize warehouse equipment specifications and technical requirements based on operational needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure procurement projects are delivered on schedule.
- Evaluate equipment performance and continuously optimize equipment standards across the warehouse network.
- Work closely with Operations teams to identify business requirements and translate them into procurement plans.
- Support new warehouse launch projects by ensuring all required equipment and operational resources are delivered before go-live.
- Analyze procurement and operational data to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
- Hands-on experience working with warehouse operations.
- Familiar with warehouse equipment commonly used in fulfillment centers, such as forklifts, dock equipment, conveyors, racking, packing stations, scanners, printers, and warehouse automation solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting warehouse launches, warehouse expansion, or automation projects.
- Experience working with large-scale e-commerce or 3PL fulfillment networks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows.
- Familiar with current warehouse equipment suppliers and industry best practices.
- Strong ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $109440 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
