, connecting key retail accounts across 11 Western states (AZ, CA, , MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, and WY).

You get the stability of dedicated store deliveries combined with an aggressive pay structure that ensures every extra mile and stop pays off.

• $85,000 Average Annual Earnings: Built on a reliable $18/hr base rate, stacked with an activity bonus structure offering $0.60–$0.63 CPM (with annual 1-cent bumps), $20 stop pay, $20/hr detention, and $250–$300 daily outsource pay.

• Consistent 2,600 Weekly Miles: High-density lanes designed to keep you moving efficiently without wasted downtime.
• 5-Day Schedule with 2 Days Off: Shifts start around 2:30 PM, running 5 consecutive days (including weekends) with 2 fixed weekdays off. Expect 4–5 layovers a week.

• Store Deliveries: Handle 3–5 stops per route plus backhauls, unloading palletized freight with a manual pallet jack. You need to be confident with blind-side backing, willing to wear a company uniform, and comfortable throwing chains when the weather demands it.
• Qualifications: Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the past 3 years. Standard safety compliance includes passing a DOT physical, urine drug screen, and hair follicle test. Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks that remain stationed at the Rialto hub.
