As Logistics Specialist, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Ensure alignment between production schedules, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and improve dock activity, yard management, and internal material handling processes.
- Analyze logistics and operational data (SAP, MES, inventory systems) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in production meetings and planning discussions to ensure logistics readiness.
- Support reporting cadence and ensure visibility of logistics performance across departments.
You're a natural fit for Logistics Specialist if you have:
- College or university degree required (Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive collaboration
