• Operate powered equipment in mowing specified areas.
• Water and fertilize turf areas and plants.
• Grade and prepare soil plant beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material; assist in cultivation practices for all turf areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Carry out trimming, edging, pruning, top‑dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.
• Support irrigation maintenance duties such as irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.
• Operate mechanical loaders to move soil, debris, and other materials.
• Assist the mechanic with lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.
• Participate as support staff on special projects.
• Report all abnormalities on the golf course such as damage, disease, insects, and debris.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the maintenance facility.

• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Golf course grounds or landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Entry‑level: $20 per hour.
Experienced: $22 per hour.
