Facilities/Maintenance Worker

The Facilities/Maintenance Worker is responsible for helping maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of the Trademark Camping property, buildings, and facilities. This hands-on position performs a variety of general maintenance, groundskeeping, repairs, cleaning, and property upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance needs.

Essential Functions

Maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of Trademark Camping office buildings, facilities, and property.

Landscaping and groundskeeping and general property cleanup.

Safely operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and minor equipment.

Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance as directed.

Additional Functions

Assist other departments with facility and property needs as requested.

Assist with special projects, events, and seasonal property preparation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Current Driver License and reliable transportation

Physical Demands

Ability to work outside in inclement/extreme weather conditions (hot and cold)

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Abilities sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, including good balance
