Project Assistant
We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a contract event assignment in California. This position plays an important part in creating a welcoming guest experience at an upscale food and beverage event by assisting with entry operations and attendee interaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome attendees in a courteous manner as they arrive at the event venue.
- Verify admission by scanning tickets accurately and helping maintain an efficient check-in process.
- Provide clear directions and basic event information to guests to support a smooth arrival experience.
- Assist with on-site coordination tasks to help the event stay organized and on schedule.
- Maintain a neat appearance in accordance with the event dress expectations.
- Communicate with event leads and team members to address guest needs and resolve minor issues promptly.
