Black Bear Diner is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to own the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils are cleaned, sanitized and ready for service. You will maintain cleanliness of the dishroom and monitor machine temperature and chemical usage to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
Responsibilities include loading/unloading the dish machine, reporting issues, and assisting with sidework and other duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty. Pay ranges from $16 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience.
