Job Title

Specialized landscaping company is hiring an experienced and autonomous Head of Green Spaces Team (CDD potentially leading to a CDI) under the authority of the Site Manager & Project Manager. Your missions are:

• Guiding and supervising one or several workers by planning and distributing tasks according to each person's skills in the areas of landscaping (planting - turfing...) and maintenance of green spaces (soil preparation - digging - pruning - watering - turf sowing - mowing...) on various sites while ensuring well-being and safety at work.
• Monitoring the correct execution and progress of tasks for the completion of projects within the planned time frames.
• Evaluating the needs for materials and organization to transmit to the site manager.
• Controlling the quality of plants and materials.
• Establishing and transmitting daily reports.
• Knowledge of plants and techniques (planting, pruning, maintenance,...) as well as materials
• Designing landscape arrangements according to the needs and characteristics of the concerned sites

• Holder of a B permit - BE would be a plus
• Driving of machinery such as mini-excavators would be a plus (CACES)
