As our Director of Learning & Development, you'll own the full employee journey, from a Carcierge's very first day to a Regional Director's next big promotion. You'll design certification programs, lead change in the field, and make professional growth our most powerful retention tool.

What You'll Own

The Learning Strategy Design and execute an enterprise-wide L&D vision that links every program to business goals, operational excellence, and career growth.

- Certification Programs Build role-based learning pathways and certifications tied to core job duties — from Carcierge through VP — and keep them sharp as roles evolve.

Field Enablement Lead the learning side of operational change, equipping field teams across all locations to adopt new systems and processes fast and confidently.

- Five-Star Service Training Craft guest-experience training that upholds our luxury, five-star standards and keeps brand behaviors front and center.

Measurement & ROI Use Kirkpatrick-style evaluation to prove impact — tracking time-to-productivity, retention, promotions, and real business results.

- Modern Learning Tech Bring microlearning, mobile-first content, and AI-enabled tools to a distributed workforce that's always on the move.

The Practical Details

Travel Approximately 40–60% to field locations, including air, car & overnight stays — sometimes on short notice based on training cycles.

Physical Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; work across varied operational environments.

Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license; current auto insurance or proof of insurability.
