Contract Manager – ACS FAP Educator Services
Location:
USAG Bavaria (Germany) Primary Duty
Location:
Rose Barracks, Vilseck
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 0730–1600 (excluding U.S. Holidays)
- Act on behalf of the Contract Manager when required, with full authority for daily contract operations.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, staffing coverage, and service delivery across all ACS locations.
- Monitor compliance with duty hours, outreach support requirements, and approved Work Plans.
- Support oversight of FAP Educators' instructional and administrative duties.
- Assist in confirming time and location of job-related activities with the COR.
- Support quality control processes and documentation.
- Ensure continuity of services during planned or unplanned absences.
- Bachelor's degree in a health or human services–related field OR 24 semester hours in social sciences OR 5 years (within last 10) program management experience in similar human services contracts
- Experience managing staff, schedules, and government contract performance
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and all required background checks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
