Dairy Farmers of America - - Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day shop activities and fleet mechanics to provide preventative and corrective maintenance;
Create and execute daily/weekly maintenance plans for assigned location(s) and set priorities;
Monitor and control labor, supplies, and costs; oversee inventory and approve expenses within scope;
Review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and communicate service needs to management;
Train, coach, and develop fleet maintenance staff and supervise performance reviews
