The idea of National Parks began here when Abraham Lincoln signed the Yosemite Land Grant on June 30, 1864, during the Civil War. This was the first time the government signed the protection of public lands into public policy based on natural beauty and preservation for future generations. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services

Compensation Data COMPENSATION:
The Salaried rate for this position is $75,000.00 to $96,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. BENEFITS:

Job Responsibilities Leadership Leverages  Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent

Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications

Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved

Rewards and recognizes employees

Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations Client Relationship Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress

Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service Financial Performance Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements

Deliver client and company financial targets

Qualifications Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance

Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision

The ability to multi-task is a must
