Job Summary

Branch Manager at Gothic Landscape responsible for overseeing Palo Alto operations and achieving overall objectives of quality, retention, growth, and profitability.

• Ensure Palo Alto operations meet quality, retention, growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide team members with the tools, budget and support needed to perform their jobs satisfactorily.
• Inspect jobs personally to assess quality and ensure the execution plan meets objectives; oversee branch team building, training and development programs.
• Monitor client satisfaction through informal conversations, lunch meetings, industry events, and formal surveys; respond promptly to all reasonable customer requests.
• Communicate overall company objectives and individual departmental goals to all employees so they work together toward stated objectives.
• Develop bench strength within field and management teams to support expected growth, promoting from within whenever possible.
• Collaborate with Business Developer to increase market growth with new prospective clients.
• Prepare appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for the operations.

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four‑year college or university (highly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of landscape experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and develop teams.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Extensive experience in client management and problem resolution.

• $120,000 - $155,000 base salary per year (specific compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location).
• Additional year‑end annual bonus potential (specific compensation may vary based on overall branch and individual performance).
