Assistant Branch Manager - Construction

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to assist with leading our branch in San Diego. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

• Base Salary: $80, (negotiable, depending on experience)

• Oversee branch operations, staffing, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve sales and service goals
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor inventory, operations, and ensure safety compliance
• Resolve operational and customer issues with a hands‑on approach

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction materials, logistics, and field operations
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Business insight and experience with branch‑level financials
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
