The Cinépolis USA theater team seeks a Manager Assistant to participate in our trainee program, learning people and operations management under an experienced manager. This role is designed to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership within our Operations team.
Based at the theater, you will assist in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and guiding staff, while gaining exposure to banking, daily paperwork and company reporting as part of the Operations department.
