Supervise dining hall staff and volunteers during family-style meals;
Lead and mentor 4 to 8 minor leadership participants, planning devotions and activities;
Plan, prepare, and implement daily and weekly dining hall operations and safety procedures;
Train staff, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas;
Coordinate with Camp Director and Program Director to support camp policies and programs
