Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

THE ROLE

Based in Newcastle, you will lead the successful delivery of remediation, façade, building and Defence projects across the Hunter and broader NSW region. Managing projects from award through to completion, you will oversee commercial performance, client relationships, project teams and site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, variations and commercial performance
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality and contractual requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience delivering remediation, building, infrastructure, façade and/or Defence projects
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high‑performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
