Production Operator

Location: Fontana

Position Summary The Folder / Ripper Production Operator is responsible for manually handling roof ridge materials, folding and packaging finished products, maintaining production targets, and supporting general housekeeping activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties Manually fold roof ridge materials using gloved hands (no tools or machinery required). Pick roof ridge material from the production line. Fold roof ridge material by hand. Place finished products into designated boxes. Maintain production pace and meet daily/hourly production targets. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Support housekeeping, cleanup, startup, and shutdown activities as required.

Repeat production processes consistently throughout the shift. Production Requirements Meet production target of 12 boxes per hour. Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards. Failure to meet production targets may result in performance-related corrective action. Shift Schedule 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Qualifications & Requirements Must pass the Background check and Drud test Must bring and wear steel-toe work shoes.

Wear long-sleeve shirts (minimum 35% cotton). All required PPE will be provided. Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work safely and follow procedures. Strong attendance, teamwork, reliability, and accountability. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
