As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the manufacturing process of roof ridges and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.4
Shift: Days (06:00-14:00)
What's the Job?- Lead and coordinate production activities for roof ridges and related components
- Assist with the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Operate and drive a forklift to support production needs
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Support team members and provide guidance to ensure production goals are achieved
- Forklift certification is required
- Ability to operate forklifts and assist with production tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
