• Lead and support a team within a busy CNC machining environment.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Support training, development, and performance management of shop floor personnel.
• Monday – Friday, day shift position.

• Experience with in a CNC machining environment, ideally in a leadership or lead hand capacity.
• Strong background operating or supporting 5‑axis CNC machinery.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
