The Continuous Improvement Engineer will support and assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in organizing, planning, implementing, and following through on continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires expertise in continuous improvement processes, teaching and facilitating the implementation of standard operational excellence methods and tools to improve throughput, productivity, costs, inventory, and delivery performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to manufacturing strategy development, identifying opportunities, and creating action plans to improve operational and financial results.
- Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives are met.
- Maintaining and analyzing improvement metrics, facilitating CI methods, and coaching their implementation.
- Leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a safety-first culture.
- Facilitating kaizen, problem solving, and rapid improvement events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading Operational Excellence efforts using CI principles, tools, methods, and techniques.
- Providing a plant-wide CI framework and facilitating its execution.
- Training and coaching others on performance measures and productivity improvements.
- Ensuring safety and environmental standards compliance.
- Maintaining adherence to company policies and principles, with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or business management.
- At least 2 years’ manufacturing experience and 1 year in lean process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, monitoring, teamwork, management, financial literacy, disciplined execution, integrity, stress tolerance, time management, problem sensitivity, dependability, production knowledge, and customer service skills.
The annual base salary range is $88,160 - $110,200, with actual pay based on location, skills, education, and experience. The role is full-time, entry-level, in management and manufacturing industries.
