Junior Production Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output. This role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting daily production operations Key Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve production issues
- Monitor production performance and drive corrective/preventive actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Eligibility to work in the United States or willingness to relocate is a plus
