Responsibilities for a Production Lead include but are not limited to:
+ Lead and support production operations for roof ridge manufacturing, including Rippers and Folders.
+ Operate forklifts to transport materials and support production activities as needed.
+ Monitor workflow to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
+ Assist team members with daily production tasks and material handling responsibilities.
Candidates for Production Lead must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Forklift certification and recent forklift operating experience required.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Must successfully complete a Forklift Assessment.
+ Steel-toe shoes required.

** Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
