Continuous Improvement Lead - Aerospace; Midland

Join Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario, as a Continuous Improvement Lead and drive process enhancements through Lean methodologies. This role focuses on collaboration and efficiency. As a key player in our team, you will report directly to Operations Managers while leading Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Your ability to influence and engage with diverse teams will foster a culture of operational excellence. With a hands-on approach, you will implement performance optimizations that align with RTX objectives.

• Deploy and integrate LEAN Manufacturing practices facility-wide
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops for culture enhancement
• Apply CORE tools to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Measure and report on Lean initiative effectiveness

• Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in relevant roles
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Toyota Production System
• Proven success in process improvement leadership
• Robust problem-solving and communication abilities
