Manufacturing Associate - Onsite

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate - Onsite for a position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a 3+ month contract opportunity.

This is a 100% onsite role that will work in a dynamic production environment supporting clinical and commercial production. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable team player who can work in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment and is willing to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. This role will perform operations in the purification manufacturing area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operations in the manufacturing area, specifically purification
• Work in a dynamic production environment supporting clinical and commercial production
• Operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Comply with strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and documentation

Requirements:

• High school/GED and 2 years of work or military experience, OR an Associate's degree and 6 months of work or military experience
• Willingness to commit to 4-month rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM), including weekend and holiday work
• Highly adaptable team player who can work in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to follow strict GMP procedures
• Experience with large-scale purification processes, including chromatography, various forms of filtration, and pressurized systems

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field

Pay range: up to $26.62 per hour
