Millhand (Utility II)
Position Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Millhand (Utility II) in the Mill department of Rice Mill.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Miller in all duties
- Work well with others
- Good attendance
- Not afraid of heights
- Can work overtime each day
- Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
- Assist in completing JSAs
- Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
Physical Requirements:
- Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
- Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise level
Shift: 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM 2nd shift 3PM-11:30PM 3rd shift 11PM-7:30AM. Staff rotates weekly.
Pay rate: $15.50 p/hr $16 p/h after 90 days.
